- Ventilation
- Daylighting
- Solar water heating system
- Photovoltaic thermal (PV/T)
- Earth air heat exchanger (EAHE)
- Rain harvesting
Foundation stone has been laid by Prof. M S Sodha on 24th Nov 2008.
