The meeting was presided by Prof. G. N. Tiwari. He informed to the members regarding the final registration of society named as “BAG-Energy Research Society” on May 24, 2007 under SOCIETIES REGISTRATION ACT OF XXI, 1860. the Faculty Guest House at IIT Delhi

The meeting was held under chairmanship of Padamshree Prof. M. S. Sodha. Minutes of second Governing Body meeting were circulated to the members and the same was approved. The Chairman welcomed the members present in the meeting and requested the secretary to present the report. Minutes of Governing Bogy meeting of BAG-Energy Research Society (BERS) held on February 8, 2009 at CES, IIT Delhi.
It has also decided that the International Conference on Solar Radiation and Day-lighting ‘SOLARIS 2012’ will be held in Varanasi (Uttar Pradesh) during February 8-9, 2012.
